1. Ethics & Publication Policy –1/12/2025

ICFTSDE 2026 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, ethical conduct, and publication transparency.

1.1 Originality & Academic Integrity

  • All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or unethical research practices are strictly prohibited.
  • Submissions may be screened using plagiarism detection tools.
  • Papers found to breach academic integrity standards may be rejected or withdrawn at any stage.

1.2 Research Ethics

  • Research involving human participants, surveys, interviews, or sensitive data must comply with relevant institutional and national ethical guidelines.
  • Authors are responsible for obtaining any required ethical approvals.
  • Any conflicts of interest (financial, professional, or personal) must be disclosed at the time of submission.

1.3 Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  • Review decisions are based on originality, relevance, methodological rigour, clarity, and contribution to conference themes.
  • Reviewer decisions are final, and the organisers do not enter correspondence regarding individual review outcomes.

1.4 Authorship Responsibility

  • All listed authors must have made a significant intellectual contribution to the research.
  • Changes to authorship after acceptance must be formally requested and justified.
  • The corresponding author is responsible for all communication with the conference organisers.

1.5 Publication Ethics

  • Accepted and presented papers will be published in the ISBN-registered conference proceedings.
  • Selected papers may be invited for submission to international peer-reviewed journals, subject to separate editorial and review processes.
  • Conference participation does not guarantee journal publication.
  • Payment of registration or other fees does not influence editorial or review decisions.

1.6 Misconduct & Sanctions

ICFTSDE 2026 reserves the right to:

  • Reject or withdraw papers
  • Remove papers from the programme or proceedings
  • Revoke presentation slots
  • Notify affiliated institutions in cases of serious ethical misconduct
