Submission Guidelines

Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

Authors may submit:

1. Full papers (6,000–8,000 words), or
2. Extended abstracts (1,000–1,500 words)

All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
Accepted papers must be presented (face-to-face or online) to be included in the conference proceedings.

Review Process

All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
Papers will be evaluated based on originality, relevance, methodological rigour, clarity, and contribution to the conference themes.
Acceptance for presentation does not imply automatic journal publication.

Presentation Requirement

To be included in the conference proceedings, all accepted papers must be presented at the conference, either:

Face-to-Face, or
Online (virtual presentation).

Publication Opportunities

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the ISBN-registered conference proceedings.
Selected high-quality papers may be invited for further consideration in international peer-reviewed journals, subject to independent editorial review and journal policies.

Journal invitations are issued solely on academic merit. Conference participation does not guarantee journal publication.
