  • Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • Authors may submit:
    1. Full papers (6,000–8,000 words), or
    2. Extended abstracts (1,000–1,500 words)
  • All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  • Accepted papers must be presented (face-to-face or online) to be included in the conference proceedings.

Review Process

  • All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  • Papers will be evaluated based on originality, relevance, methodological rigour, clarity, and contribution to the conference themes.
  • Acceptance for presentation does not imply automatic journal publication.

Presentation Requirement

To be included in the conference proceedings, all accepted papers must be presented at the conference, either:
  • Face-to-Face, or
  • Online (virtual presentation).

Publication Opportunities

  • All accepted and presented papers will be published in the ISBN-registered conference proceedings.
  • Selected high-quality papers may be invited for further consideration in international peer-reviewed journals, subject to independent editorial review and journal policies.

Journal invitations are issued solely on academic merit. Conference participation does not guarantee journal publication.
