Registration Information
Registration is required for all participants attending ICFTSDE 2026, including presenters and non-presenting attendees.
At least one author per accepted paper must register and present the paper (face-to-face or online) for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

What Registration Includes

How to Register
- Complete the online registration form
- Select the appropriate registration category
- Complete payment as instructed
- Receive a registration confirmation email
Visa Information (Face-to-Face Participants)
International participants may require a Chinese entry visa, depending on nationality.
- Official conference invitation letters are issued after registration is confirmed
- Invitation letters support visa applications but do not guarantee visa approval
- Visa applications and outcomes are the responsibility of the participant
If a visa is refused, participants may request to:
- Transfer to online participation, or
Defer to a future conference edition (subject to approval)
Important Registration Notes
- Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received
- Registration fees are non-transferable
- Papers not presented will not be included in the proceedings
- Registration implies acceptance of the Ethics & Publication Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy

Yes. Participants may register as Attendees (No Paper) to access conference sessions without presenting research.

All online sessions will be delivered via Zoom.
Registered online participants will receive access links before the conference.

- All accepted and presented papers will be published in the ISBN-registered conference proceedings.
- Selected high-quality papers may be invited for further consideration in international peer-reviewed journals, subject to independent editorial review.
No. Journal publication is not guaranteed. All journal submissions are subject to separate editorial and peer-review processes in accordance with journal policies.

Yes. Online presentation is considered equivalent to face-to-face presentation for programme inclusion and proceedings publication.
Papers that are not presented (face-to-face or online) will be removed from the conference proceedings.
