1. Submission Types
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished work in one of the following formats:
Full Paper
Full Paper
- Length: 6,000–8,000 words (including references)
- Suitable for completed empirical or conceptual studies
- Length: 1,000–1,500 words
- Suitable for work-in-progress or early-stage research
2. Submission Process
- Authors must submit their manuscripts via the official conference submission system.
- Submissions must be uploaded in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
- The submitted manuscript must be anonymised for double-blind review.
- Upon submission, authors will receive a confirmation email.

3. Formatting Guidelines
To ensure consistency across the conference proceedings, all submissions must follow the official ICFTSDE 2026 Paper Template.
Manuscript Structure
Each submission should include:
- Title
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–5)
- Main text
- References
- Tables and figures (where applicable)
General Formatting
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12 pt (main text)
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
- Page numbers: Bottom centre
- Alignment: Justified
Referencing Style
- Authors must use a consistent referencing style throughout the paper.
- Either APA (7th edition) or Harvard referencing is acceptable.
References must be complete and accurately formatted.
4. Anonymisation for Review
To ensure a double-blind review process:
- Do not include author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or self-identifying references in the main manuscript.
- Replace self-citations with “Author (year)” where necessary.
- Author details will be provided separately during submission.
5. Review Stages
ICFTSDE 2026 follows a structured double-blind peer review process:
Stage 1: Initial Screening
- Scope alignment
- Formatting compliance
- Ethical standards (originality and plagiarism checks)
Stage 2: Double-Blind Peer Review
- Manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
- Evaluation criteria include:
- Originality and contribution
- Methodological rigour
- Clarity and coherence
- Relevance to conference themes
Stage 3: Decision
- Accepted
- Accepted with Minor Revisions
- Accepted with Major Revisions
- Rejected
Reviewer feedback will be provided to authors.
6. Camera-Ready Submission
Authors of accepted papers must submit a camera-ready version by the stated deadline.
The final version must:
- Address reviewer comments
- Include author names and affiliations
- Follow the conference template precisely
7. Presentation Requirement
To qualify for publication in the conference proceedings:
- At least one author must register and present the paper.
- Presentation may be face-to-face or online.
- Failure to present will result in removal from the proceedings.
8. Ethical Standards
- Submissions must comply with the ICFTSDE 2026 Ethics & Publication Policy.
- Plagiarism, duplicate submission, and unethical research practices are not permitted.
- The conference reserves the right to withdraw papers that breach ethical standards at any stage.
